Community Service

An important life-lesson for students to learn is the value of giving back to their community. Doing a volunteer or service project will open students eyes to the needs in the community, how volunteering will benefit the community, and working together with a group to reach a common goal. The Look Up Center is a great place to volunteer and they are dedicated to meeting the needs of families struggling in the Newark and Licking County area. One could also go to the the Salvation Army food kitchen, or join the Adopt a Highway program to make our world cleaner.
